Shipping / Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.
How long does shipping take?
- US: 3–5 business days (free on orders $99+)
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- UK/EU: 10–21 business days
- Mexico, Oceania, Rest of World: 10–28 business days
International transit times depend on customs in your country and are outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, UK/EU, Australia, New Zealand, and select countries in Asia and the Middle East. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not shipping there yet.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Check your local customs policies if you're unsure.
My tracking hasn't updated — where's my order?
International tracking often goes quiet once a package leaves the US and doesn't update again until it reaches your country's postal system. This is normal and doesn't mean your order is lost. If it's been more than 30 days since shipping with no movement, email us.

What's your return policy?
Due to the limited nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
That's on us. EMAIL US within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Products / Sizing
How do your sizes run?
Each product page includes its own size guide. Since all sales are final, please review the size guide carefully before checking out.
ORDERS / PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify's secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes.
